I started with pretraining(from plan to aim 1:45) for 5 weeks :
Train Off 3M 5M 3M 5M 3M 7M
then i would like to step to pretrain (from plan to aim 1:30) for another 5 weeks
Mon. Tue. Wed. Thu. Fri. Sat. Sun.
Train 3M 6M 4M 6M 4M 3M 8M
and finnaly start with the training for 1:30 (my goal) for 12 weeks from http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_4/132.shtml
what do you think ? my personal best is 1:55 at crosscountry halfmaraton with 450m vertical drop
